Created when you open the appointment or contact form. It is used to verify that the form was genuinely submitted from this site (CSRF protection). It contains no information identifying you; it is a randomly generated value.

cy_yonetim — admin panel session

Created only when clinic staff sign in to the admin panel. This cookie is never created for site visitors.

• Purpose: security (strictly necessary)

How to delete cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. If you block the `cy_z` cookie, the appointment form cannot be submitted; the rest of the site works normally.

External links

When you click the directions (Google Maps) or WhatsApp links, that service's own cookies come into play. These services are not embedded in the site; they do nothing unless you click.
